ETL 401 was the initial subject and served as an introduction to what was to come. For me, it was a very steep learning curve, as one of the first tasks we had to do was to create a blog. It was also my return to formal study after nearly 3 decades. I had to create a learning time in my daily life and get back into reading scholarly articles and summarising information. Looking back, I wish I had the skills I now have, as I'm sure I would have gathered a lot more insight from the readings. The benefit of hindsight!
